The only reason this place is getting 2 stars instead of 1 is because the food was decent. Minus the cold hashbrowns because I had to wait 30 min for anyone to bring me condiments. She took our order brought us our food and never came back. We ran out of drink in the first 10 min and never got a refill so we ate without drinks. Worst waffle house I've ever been to!

If I could give this place 0 Stars I would. First of all the entire kitchen was so dirty that it would not have passed the health inspection. Second of all this was midnight they were not that busy they overcooked the eggs undercooked the bacon didn't bring us drinks, even the toast was bad. When I say the place was dirty this was not just a days worth of dirt. Absolutely disgusting and awful in every way.

I love the Awful Waffle. Breakfast get the All-star Special. Lunch get the Texas Cheese Steak or a Double Angus burger with Extra crispy hash browns. The staff is cool as well.

Ordered for pickup. When I got there. Got my ordered correct by the 3rd try. And i felt like I was charged wrong, if my ordered was wrong, then my charge was wrong most likely. The crew was not paying attention to what they were doing at all. 9:49am 2/20/20 . Bad service on the crew.

Everytime I come here they get something wrong... The very first time I came me eggs had shells in them. This time our bacon was burnt and I had ham on my plate that was not with my meal. My husband order the chicken deluxe and it came with no lettuce and tomatoes we sent it back and they brought the same cold plate back with the stuff added. The bacon we ordered was burnt. My kids even complained and they normally don't. It was horrible.
The men made us forget about the reason we were here (surgery). Feel free to change their location to Longview we promise we will eat dinner here every night!!!!!

Waffle House is always good (IMO). I ordered eggs, bacon, hash browns, and toast. I got great service and great food in a clean, well-run establishment.

Awesome service! Quick and easy, very polite! Our server was Sweetie, she was quick, very polite, and all the food was made and brought very quickly, it was a pleasant experience and I would certainly visit again
