The young adults that work the drive thru at this particular restaurant made my evening. They were friendly, professional, caring, knowledgeable and seemed to enjoy their job. I will drive across town to do business with this Chicken Express over any other chicken place. I’m a fan, way to go Whitehouse!

Ordered a couple of the Tuesday 2 piece specials and received such a greasy mess that I won’t ever be coming to this location again. I had to take all the skin off to eat the chicken because it was excessively greasy even after trying to use napkins to get the excess oil/grease off.

The food was good, but it was stupid expensive! Could have gone to a sit down restaurant and paid less. We got 4 lunches and 1 drink and it was $45. And when I say lunches it was chicken tenders, mashed potatoes, and a roll.
If you’re in the area, this is the chicken express to eat at. I have dined at one locations in Tyler, which was a gross disappointment and quality of food and taste of drink were awful. This one is well kept it’s clean, their service is friendly and they have a lunch special that is priced right.

Placed an order ahead online and upon arrival they didn’t have it ready and couldn’t find the order at all. Called to have the order canceled and was lied to saying they had it packed and ready when we were there then hung up on us. 12/5/24

Called them after waiting for an hour and was told it was ready while we were there which was a lie and when we asked them to cancel the order and refund the money we were hung up on. Very unprofessional and flat out rude. 12-5-24
