Can't get an order right to save their life. Been here three different times and always double check my order in the drive thru with it being wrong every third time with the wrong side. EVERY TIME. If you go, double check your order and expect a blank stare when they correct it.

Always good..fresh every time... if I am in a rush, call in my order ...ready when I get there.. Management is always on top of things if something wrong...Happy hour....Tea is only .50 cents for 32oz.. lunch specials 11 to 3:30 ...Love this place..Kid-friendliness: Clean open area...had high chairs and kid meals ....Wheelchair accessibility: Lots of tables that were easy to get to large bathrooms as well.

First of all waited in the drivethru for 50 minutes. I ordered a two piece breast and drumstick that's comes with a side a roll and and drink. When I finally got my food there was no roll they gave me the wrong chicken, I asked for breadt and leg. I got a breadt and two wings. The chicken was cold. How am I waiting in line for almost an hour and my chicken was cold. No roll. No leg. I will never eat the again. Chicken express for me. And I live in whitehouse. Total waste of money.
Lady at front window was awfully rude and um polite and thought it was a great idea to slam the door after we ask her for some condiments and silverware like this isn’t her Job but if I could give her negative stars I would

The food is good but the service is terrible, I tried to call in order multiple times and they hang up on me instead of answering. Last time I came in the drive thru they took my order and made me sit and wait in the line for more than 30min until I got to the window to tell me they were out of the type of chicken I ordered. Do not go here it's not worth it.

Didn’t have the experience I was expecting I called in a to go order 25 minutes ahead of time to be ready by 12. Received my fish and it’s extremely hard and it was only a piece and a half instead of two. The macaroni is over cooked and mushy. Food is well over priced to not get the items that you are expecting for your lunch break. Then you don’t get to enjoy what you have spent your money on very dissatisfied with service.

Chick-fil-A employees might be required to be polite, but these young ladies at the Chicken Express here in Whitehouse are amazing! They legitimately love to help and provide awesome service. Today, I ordered my meal and a 7 piece tender meal for my two kids to share. When the young lady brought our food out, she had split the meal into two plates for my kids and brought two small drinks instead of the one the meal came with. NOW THAT IS GOOD SERVICE! It wasn’t scripted and she wasn’t required to do that for us. She did that because she is kind and wanted to provide us with the best service possible.
