“We just moved to Whitehouse and this location is right by us so we have ordered twice now and Domino's seems like they ha e stepped up their game. The crust is seasoned and flakier than I remember and the cheese doesn't get hard. They even called to verify my half no cheese order was correct! Great friendly customer service!“

He completed my online order 15 minutes before it said it would be completed and my food came out in excellent quality. Everyone here was communicating very well to each other anf Eric was checking everything while also greeting guests and telling them to have a good day when leaving. “When I got there the food was still fresh and hot. I ordered 5 pizzas total. They forgot to make one of my pizzas with the correct crust. So they remade the pizza with no problem and i didn’t wait no longer than 3min for it. They also let me keep the other pizza so I walked out with 6 boxes of pizza. That was the way of saying sorry. They was very polite and professional.“

“This location is the best location in Tyler, Texas. It makes a huge difference when someone is passionate about the food they’re making- this whole team has been amazing since they’ve opened their doors a few years ago.
I hurt my ankle and I couldn’t walk inside the store so I called and they brought my food to my car- I cannot express how nice that was!! I would recommend this location EVERYTIME!

“So I got a slim meal today on broadway and just wanted to say a few things. This is my second visit BTW 1. I've never had a more fresh crispy yet juicy chicken tender in my freaking life. When I took a bite, it busted with juice and at first I was scared it meant that it was undercooked but NO just cooked to perfection. Perfectly crispy, amazing seasoning, perfect tenderness, and of course the smokeyness of the slim sauce paired perfectly with both the chicken and the fries. The toast was toasted to perfect and was still hot with just a touch of garlic, not too much, just enough to pull it all together. Unfortunately I didn't have enough to get a side of the mac n cheese bc I've been dying to try it but I'll save it for next time. Just wanted to say it was very very good!“

“It's my favorite Pizza Hut location in Tyler! Cleaner than the rest, and the staff are on the ball pushing those orders even on weekends. I've never waited much longer than 18 minutes or so from the time I order to the time they put it in my hands (I usually wait and/or carryout). My only criticism so far is the ease of getting in and out of the location on Broadway. It's kind of on a hill, easy to miss the turn if you're not paying attention, and you have to be real careful of the 50+mph southbound traffic as your leaving. Not going to knock them for that, but just be alert if you're visiting here during rush and dinner hours.“

“After several bad experiences with other locations, we just assumed they would all be bad but we wanted some wings so we tried this location. They had a lot of people working, working well together, cranking out orders. (Athens location has you waiting 30+ minutes past pick up time and Lindale location did not give us 20 wings and 6 tenders that we paid for - bag was sealed as complete order, no chicken) -- This location, everything was ready on time and in bag, as expected.“

“the Hispanic male employee covered in neck tattoos older gentleman is rude AF. he wasn't just rude to myself, he was rude to many other non-hispanic customers coming into the restaurant. seriously the worst employee ever!!!! this was the 2nd time he was rude to me!!!! Y'all need to fire him asap!!!!“
