This is the fourth time I have come by this specific location and they have not had any pizza. It has been at random times throughout the day. This time is in the evening, and they still don't have any pizza. Every time I go in they say would you like some breadsticks or would you like to wait 20 minutes. There's no way I'm ever giving this place another shot.

Worst location in entire company. NEVER EVER have anything ready. You have one job and can't pull it off. Must have same manager as McDonald's down the street. Horrible.

This place sucks. I called, they answered, greeted me, and then immediately hung up the phone. I called back 3-4 times, over a 15 min time span. No answer. (around 7:00pm 10/14/24) Their pizza is often undercooked, sloppy looking, and has hardly any cheese on it. Go to the Green Acres LC.

Before you read this, look at the number of reviews I have left over the years…I try to be exceedingly fair and reasonable. If you like to be treated with condescending arrogance, this is the place for you. They made a mistake and took zero responsibility, actually laughing that I would be upset. No effort to make things right or show any semblance of concern. The WORST customer service experience I have had in decades.

Door for the chow didn't open enough to get my order, employee had to help. I wonder if the doors fail while trying to automate pickup, if the code operated door thingies was a good investment, since this is the first time I have ordered little ckeezers since they started the code-door thingies.
As soon as we pulled in, the two adult men working gave us dirty looks, and one of the men even opened the door shook his head as he stared at us. This was an hour before close.
Idk what the owner did, but in the last few weeks it has turned this establishment around, just 2 months ago we got it and it was awful but something has changed for the better...
