I got a Big Mac with one patty they forgot everything else on it this is bullshit.

My order that was taken as wrong but was told to wait in curbside and waited for a good 20 minutes. Went inside and my food was on the counter and they forgot to give it to me. Didn’t even bother to apologize.

If I could give negative stars I would! Kids up here more worried about messing around than waiting on customers! Took almost 10 mins to get someone to the front to take my order. Another 15 to get it cuz they never called it out it was ready or anything! It was just sitting there!

The cook and other staff are rude call customers names scratching there head then handling food without washing there hands grabbing their self just very rude will never go back can't see how they stay in business

I understand drive through takes priority... However takes them forever to realize they have people inside - even if you use the koisk to order...
Literally one of the worse places to be getting food at won’t acknowledge you at all they don’t have enough people working swear seen the lady grab a bun from the trash like no rather drive to Tyler or Jvill

I usually come on here and review businesses in a positive light always in the most generous way, but this restaurant got to the last nerve of me employees don't wanna get their managers. Their managers are just being rude And not cooperating or at least being political to calm the situation of me waiting in the front for over five minutes with no one coming out to help cause your priorities a drive-through so I have a lobby???

I finally get fed up with my orders getting messed up and this time I asked for a refund. The person I spoke to said she was the manager. I wanted a refund because a cannot eat what they served due to a food allergy. I was told I would have to come back and they would make it again. I ordered on the app for curbside pickup. Now I am stuck at work and hungry and I can't even get a refund.

Never get the order right inside or out, horrible attitude out of almost all employees. Again NEVER GETS ORDERS RIGHT shortchanging orders the works, they just need to dismantle it because they’ll never get it tight
The ONLY thing good about the McDonalds in Whitehouse was Christina at the front counter.
There was a different worker who cussed and yelled at her coworkers while in the lobby, they need more staff, and when our drink got spilled Christina had to leave the counter to clean it up while still doing other jobs and being super friendly. She needs a raise. The one who yelled need fired... sorry to say it... I'm also in customer service and you NEVER act like that in front of customers.

I watched the manager yell at a worker who was assisting a girl having a seizure today. The worker said she was emt certified but got yelled at for helping this poor girl.
