Never get the order right inside or out, horrible attitude out of almost all employees. Again NEVER GETS ORDERS RIGHT shortchanging orders the works, they just need to dismantle it because they’ll never get it tight

The ONLY thing good about the McDonalds in Whitehouse was Christina at the front counter. There was a different worker who cussed and yelled at her coworkers while in the lobby, they need more staff, and when our drink got spilled Christina had to leave the counter to clean it up while still doing other jobs and being super friendly. She needs a raise. The one who yelled need fired... sorry to say it... I'm also in customer service and you NEVER act like that in front of customers.

I watched the manager yell at a worker who was assisting a girl having a seizure today. The worker said she was emt certified but got yelled at for helping this poor girl.

This is by far the worst McDonald’s I have ever been to. If you put an order in, plan on waiting a minimum 15 minutes, and somehow your food will miraculously still end up being cold. This is not the first time it’s happened, and won’t be the last I’m sure.

The food's all right but when you have a child and you only have one child seat it's ridiculous when you have a smaller town McDonald's s6 kids seats but when it's in a higher volume area only has one what kind of sense does that make.

Went in today for lunch they got the order completely wrong, first of all added pickles and extra at that I can't stand pickles and they put them.on everything we had, we asked for zero pickles and extra onions which were not present at all, the chicken wrap was rubbery and the condiments on the sandwiches were sloppily thrown on and barley present this McDonald's suffers from.alot of things yes, but let's start at the quality of the food.... would suggest any other McDonald's maybe drive an extra 7 mins and go to the one in tyler...

This mcdonalds has come a long way. Want times are still crazy sometimes but orders are right, service friendly, and food better than most McDonald's. Now let's keep that ice cream machine working :)

I have typically had amazing experiences here, but it needs to be known that Yuwana (not sure how you spell her name) was very impatient, though there was no line. After I apologized for being a little slow to answer a couple of her questions, she became intentionally rude. Unprofessionally rude. She does not fit in with the outstanding rest of the staff there.

The Whiehouse location has been in a astate of disrepair for some time. I believe thats why traffic has diminished. A previous experience is what caused so much time since our last visit. Although there were only another couple people inside and maybe 2 or 3 vehicles in drive thru our ticket time was 40+minutes. The staff almost exclusively remians in the back. Others seemed dissatisfied as well. The toy in the Happy Meal was not what was advertised and the honey was given to us as honey mustard. The guy when he finally came back to the front did indeed fox this but the long ticket time had us a bit moody with kids. By the time I fixed the issues with the order my food was cold. The employees are WAYbtoo comfortable in the lobby once we were the only ones there. They were loud enough I couldnt hear my kids when they spoke at a normal volume. Additionally they weree joking, roughhousing, and cussing. Terrible.
