Do NOT order from DD or any other 3rd party delivery service for them. I waited over an hour just to find out My order was stolen 4 times BACK TO BACK and they would not honor my order even after providing proof from DoorDash.

Absolutely horrible waited in the drive thru line for 30 min with no movement tried to call the store the phone doesn't work I just moved to whitehouse and I am going to drive to Tyler from now on probably be faster then dealing with this store SMH!!
Five minute wait for the car in front of me to get to place order in drive thru, same for me. Then I had to reconstruct my burger so it could be eaten. Done giving this McDonald’s a chance. Fourth time I’ve come and fourth time for crappy service and zero common sense.
Came thru drive thru about 830 pm after church and took quite awhile. When they finally came to window to give food. A young lady read back our order back fast. I said yes. Moved up and check the bag and was missing a fish sandwich . Husband walks in the store and told them what is was missing. They made it but there was people not in uniform and talking loud. My husband trying to get someone attention because they was in back. No one was at counter. He finally got their attention . I thought this McDonald's was improving but guess not. We then came home and a double cheese burger was full of sause and thrown together a wrap poorly. Couldn't eat it. Husband had a spicy chicken sandwich that was smashed together.
Very disappointed in service and food. For as long as it took to get it should have been right and hot .

Don’t even waste your time. The incompetency of this restaurant is off the charts. Issues every time, this time sat in drive thru for a mobile order for 30 minutes. Went in to ask about food and workers were rude and acting like I was bothering them. So we left and now I have to figure out how to get my money back on food I paid for.

I really try to be understanding and give people the benefit of the doubt, because I’ve had bad days at work before. We moved to Whitehouse a few months ago and have been trying to use this McDonald’s, but we will have to stop coming. This is probably the worst McDonald’s in the Tyler area. They are consistently bad. We usually use the app to order, and almost every time something is wrong. It consistently takes over 25 minutes to wait for your food in the curbside spot, and even longer if you happen to use the drive through. This happens no matter how busy they are. I am in a management position at my job, and it baffles me to see a place that is so poorly managed for so long. I have seen the same employees there for the same amount of time I have been coming. The area manager or however it is structured really need to clean house here and get rid of the problem employees. The best hope for this store is either a boycott by the entire community or some kind of natural disaster. Maybe then someone can run this place better.

I’ve never been treated with such disrespect at a fast food restaurant as I did earlier today. It was 11:50am, I ordered 2 cookies and 1 ice cream for a total of $3. The line was a little busy and I pulled up to the first window (after I was finally able to order because Yujuana or however you spell her name was talking loud/laughing to other people while on the mic). So I pull up, and no one is there at the window. Instead of stalling, I was thinking okay I’ll keep moving forward so I’m not holding up traffic. I pull up and am next to the second window when I hear a customer behind me say “ooooo someone’s in trouble”. I didn’t think much of it until I pull up and Yujuana sticks her head out the window and embarrasses me by saying “I know you saw me at the window!!!” I knew it was the same loud lady based on the voice and tone I heard through the mic when placing my order. Then I say “no you weren’t at the window” and she replies “yeah you saw me waving my hand telling you to wait”. She YELLS this out loud in front of workers and customers and then it makes sense to me why the customer behind me in line made that comment. She snatches my $3 and refuses to listen to what I was saying which isn’t okay because how dare you try to call me out and then walk away as I’m talking. I called and talked to a manager because that was completely uncalled for. I had my $3 out and ready so to make it seem like i intentionally refused to pay for 2 cookies and 1 ice cream is so unnecessary. The manager on duty was very nice and wanted to make things right. But I definitely will not be back because I’m not about to made look like a fool over something like this ever again.
Waited over 30 minutes in line for food AFTER ordering! So much for "fast food"! When I asked to speak with a manager, I was ignored so I asked for the managers name and was told that its Malik. The kid had the window had on an undershirt with his uniform shirt on his nack and shoulders like it was a fashion statement or hes too good to wear it. DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU ARE IN A HURRY!!!!

On 10/15/24 One of the employees a large black man in a red hoodie was eating his lunch (chicken express) in the lobby that's fine of course but in between his loud speaker phone conversations he would play loud videos on his phone! it's not a big place the whole lobby shouldn't have to hear your business and your videos. I don't expect a quiet environment at a mcdonald's, but at the very least, an employee could have some consideration for the patrons of that business. Get some freaking ear buds! Some people are so socially oblivious It makes me disappointed in society.

Waited over an hour for a god damn spicy McCrispy. Nobody was at the counter and we had to ask the guy to make our food, and he didn't help us until he finished making the doordash order that was just placed. When I finally got my sandwich, it didn't even have the spicy sauce (which is what makes it spicy). Horrible customer service, a new manager is a must. I will say that the workers were nice, but ignorant.
