Service in store is great until you do not give a tip at the register when paying for your order. Then the staff member becomes cold and angry. Be prepared for an attitude! Sorry, we do not tip when you do nothing but ring up order and hand it to us.

I always call in my order. The order is repeated and I am told the cost and the time that it will be ready. I really appreciate the service. Today ordering seemed to take forever. The lady taking the order was very polite but very slow. I got there to pick up my order and could not get anyone to the front so I could pay for it. I have never experienced this.
