The absolute rudest employees. They seem to hate their job or be pissed off they have to be at work and take it out on the customer. The point of a mobile order is having the order ready when I arrive so I don’t have to wait. This lotion doesn’t start your order until you arrive which is useless. I’m hearing impaired so I like to order on the app. I pull to the window for my order and the employee starts going off on me for not stopping at the speaker. It literally says pull around if you need assistance ordering on the menu. It was absolutely disgusting that he thought it was funny that I’m disabled!

I dont know why they advertise the birthday drink but cant seem to fufill that the app wouldnt pull up anything and the workers cant do anything about it. Happens every time. This is why i hate going and stopped going a while ago but my daughter wanted her birthday drink shes been obsessing about for a while. I bought it however not suprised this company has failed like every time before...never have i been able to actually get the birthday drink and i used to use them for years but stopped after the horrible service
