Just want to say Sharisse who works at the Starbucks here in Whitehouse is the epitome of what customer service should be! She was warm and helpful and made everything easy from start to finish! Any establishment would be lucky to have her.
Today is Father's Day, so I ordered my husband's favorite coffee. Although I chose the drive-through option, my two toddlers insisted on going inside to pick up their daddy's drink. Seeing me busy with the kids, the barista kindly offered to bring our drinks to the car, so that allowing me to safely hold my children's hands. I truly felt like part of their family. The barista's kindness and care meant a lot to me. Thank you!
First off, the employees are always so sweet when I come through. If the app won't let me do something, I just go through the drive through and they're enjoyable to conversate with about the drinks. I came around 7-8AM May 30th and the woman was energetic and smiling, smiling faces are absolutely golden to have on employees especially so early. I love I don't have to drive 30 minutes for Starbucks since they built one in Whitebouse. Their drinks are always correct...
