This used to be a good Whataburger but now the service is slow and most of the time they get the order wrong. My fries are under cooked, under salted, and cold. I ordered on the app before I left my house 5 minutes away. Then I sat in the drive through for 15-20 minutes before even being able to let them know I was there. There were only 3-4 cars in front of me. They are in desperate need of new management.

A lot of people walking around. Not doing a damn thing! My server was also the Bartender and did an excellent job. However, I got up to use the restroom during my meal and came back to find out someone tried to clear my table. I wasn't gone that long and left my cell on the table. So all good, except why mine there was a table in front of me that had been used before I got there that had not been cleared before, during, and probably after!! Also, my side of Mac and cheese had been cleared, also my second draft bear had some sort of paper dried to it! Had to request another. So I pay my bill and tipped my Bartender for trying her hardest! So I ask her can you please have another man cheese made ready for me to go, np. At this time the Manager comes over and says your Mac n cheese will be out shortly, never asking me how my experience was, and probably was for the best! I would have gone off!! I waited 15 mins never received that to go and just said screw it and left! Do not recommend especially as high as prices are these days! Highly disappointed!

Well, first we were charged for and extra meal. One of the ladies came and gave us the cash back.. which was good. But the whole time we were there, the lady sweeping the floor just had to sweep all around us, I can not stand to eat in because of that fact. They had a whole section closed for cleaning but she was sweeping by us. The lady had to sweep the rug... very hard in our direction. GROSS, not while I am eating!! You know all the hair and dirt just flying all around. The Jr. Burgers were good just had to ask for a To go bag and bring the food home only less than half eaten.
