Manager saved the day but the lady that took my order proves why In n Out and Chick Fil A will always be better than Whataburger! They listen, repeat the order, and always ask if there will be anything else before giving a total. Food quality only goes so far when customer service pairs with a Waffle House.
I was cut off after asking for half the order and told to wait to add the rest. Then was told I could go ahead as if I was the dumb customer that doesn’t know how to order. I even forgot to order my Dr Pepper shake because I kept getting cut off. You get paid by the hour. Leave the adderal at home! Put that girl on fries or drinks and out of drive thru! Thank you for not trying to park me after having to continue taking my order at the window. I should have gotten that sandwich for free and this review would have been 5stars!

Well the main thing I was unhappy about is they charged me .90 for a piece of bacon for my dog, and it was the smallest piece of bacon we have ever seen! Other than the bacon everything else was good, they gave me plenty of jelly and syrup as asked and they were friendly

The over night crew won't upset, always on there A- game.
My husband and I stopped and grabbed dinner for the family. We used the drive-thru and Declan was AMAZING! He was friendly, super nice and had great customer service. This is why we LOVE stopping at this location.
