Multiple times we have had wonderful experiences at Whataburger in Whitehouse so we wanted to tell you about it. Cassandra C and Jose M are always so pleasant and helpful. You don't feel like a bother asking for more ketchup or napkins. Just truly a great experience which isn't always the case at fast food places. Thank you!

This has always been a go to spot for me but I went at 12 am and we did not have a good experience. There was no one in the lobby and we waited 10 minutes for someone to take our order. We sat down to wait on our food and we waited 50 minutes for a sandwich, chicken strips, and onion rings. After we received our order we were eating it in the car and the fries were stale, the onion rings were cold, and the sandwich was completely wrong in multiple ways. The staff was friendly and I genuinely think that all of this was caused by there being a lack of workers
Now, I don't usually leave reviews for fast food places because I feel it's pretty unnecessary and I don't try to expect very much from them, but I'm really unhappy with my experience and they managed to get just about everything wrong. Clara was my associate cashier that took my order. I asked for the avocado bacon burger with jalapenos added, and I asked for extra ketchup in the bag. It was a meal. What I received was the avocado bacon burger with no jalapenos on it and zero ketchup in the bag as well as zero napkins. If any single one of those things were the case, I wouldn't have written a review, but the conjunction of all three when it was 30 degrees outside was very frustrating. I went through the drive-thru so I did not have to go out in the cold, and I ended up having to walk through the 30 degree weather to go and get ketchup and to get my order fixed and to get napkins. Very ridiculous. Every order should come with napkins. And when someone asks for ketchup and an addition on their item, it should come with that.
