Stopped in for the first time in a long while, and it was fantastic! The catfish was fresh and perfectly cooked, the sides were delicious, and the portions were more than generous. The whole place has a friendly, welcoming feel, and you can tell the family puts real care into every detail. Definitely worth the visit—I’ll be back for sure!
The Philly cheese stake was not good. The texas toast has to much butter. It's hard to taste everything else when the bitter stands out. The meat was horrible and I couldn't eat it.the meat tasted like old school meat. The wife had catfish and I tried it it was very tasty
The catfish (mine was fried) was undoubtedly the best catfish I've ever had!!! The coleslaw was good, but a tad bit too much vinegar. The green beans were really good.
I brought home the chocolate swirl cake. Not a fan.
