I'm not really sure how they can mess up almost 100% of the time :(

Regardless if it's a drink, fench fries, or a hamburger I can assure you that there is a 90% chance it's missing something.

Beyond that it's a 70% chance you toss it in the trash can

I was expecting the overall reviews of this place to be lower. I ordered a lemon slush for my daughter and I that tasted like pool water. I asked for a replacement for one week knew we would like but they were going to charge me for the newer ones. That's the first time a store has ever put this customer a second on a drink order. I would love to have bought replacements but finances are tight. I'm just very disappointed in this management.

I went in today with my grandson to get lunch. When the order came, we did not have any dipping sauces that we had requested. I pressed the service button several times and got no response. I beeped my horn to which two carhops looked at me trying to wave them down and again, I was completely ignored. I got out of my car and knocked on the window. A supposed manager came out and told me I needed to calm down. Beach, I was calm until you said that. I really felt somewhat threatened by her body language. I was waiting to get hit by her. She told me to leave and if I ever came back, she would have me arrested for trespassing. Again beach, this is how you treat a customer who just wanted to quit being ignored and get the sauces that were originally requested.

Food, Service are always good. Getting correct food, that is never guaranteed. Ask for no cheese, get cheese anyways. Ask for frys, get tots. Make sure you take e erything out of bag and check before leaving. Half the time something missing or not correct. Yet we keep coming back. Hard when limited on choices.

I order here all the time. Not sure what happened tonight. The screen showed my food was out but it didn’t come so I asked and they couldn’t find my food. They asked if it was another order. They gave my Order away to someone else and then told me they would refund me right away and get me a receipt. I waited and finally pushed the button again and ask them if I was going to get a receipt and he said, oh we’ll get that done right now and have a receipt out to you. I sat there for over 20 minutes waiting and left with a receipt finally. I had a very long work day and just wanted something quick. I was disappointed.
