The customer service here is great, and I love the Texas menu options. The food is what you'd expect for fried fast food. The tile floor throughout the place is covered in grease and is slippery, even in the bathroom, and the parking lot is full of pot holes... but there was large enough parking for bigger trucks, it's just that this time I had my little car and I was worried about bottoming out in one of the pot holes.

This place is like a Christmas restaurant out of a Hallmark movie. Very festive, the food and service were both great. Sadly, this is the last year for their Christmas theme. They are changing the menu and atmosphere.

Staff is very rude especially the owner. They never get the order right and then argue with the customer about the order they placed I will never go to this DQ again and I'm telling everyone I know to not go there either I gave them 1 star because that's the lowest it would go I wouldn't give this dump even one star. This place is awful!!! DO NOT GO HERE!!!

I went through the drive through. As soon as I got to the window, the attendant was so friendly. She said, “ it’s grandparents day!!” She knew this because of what I ordered which was two kids meals. So I could meet my grandson at his cafeteria for prekindergarten lunch together.

Kudos to the team at DQ in Whitewright!!! Our football team and families came to eat after our game and close to their closing time. They served us well with quick, efficient service and quality food. We were all appreciative of this hardworking team taking care of our large group at such a late hour. The orders were filled quickly and correctly. Way to go!
