Rudest and worst customer service! If you want to be treated poorly by not only the teens who work there but the lady manager, who walked away while we were discussing our issue, go to this Sonic. This was all over an online order and a mistake we made by pulling up to the window. Was not met with understanding, only eye rolls, sarcasm and rudeness- even after we apologized. Before the manager finally made her appearance, we got to sit and watch all 5 girls laughing about the situation instead of just handing our drinks out, which they couldn’t even get right. Good customer service goes a long way.

The food here is okay. I prefer the one in Howe because this one is just a crawl It is so slow!! I understand if it's busy But it's always been like this even if I'm the one car waiting for service. My wife used to work at Sonic and knows how long everything takes to make and she gets frustrated because this one's always slow.

The corn dog deal we ordered was horrible. Tasted like they’d been sitting for days or like my ten year old cooked them in the microwave. Cold and soggy. Ours drinks were nothing but syrup. The smash burger meat tasted frost bit with no seasoning.

They lost my debt card then tried to say I never gave them one. DO NOT RECOMMEND it's ran by kids

So, usually, I have really good service. But whenever Skyler R. has taken my order both times she has got it wrong and I have been mischarged. There was also a time that I had gone through the drive-through, and I had done a call ahead order that was a pretzel and ocean water and I got mischarged for pickles, which made it where the amount they charged me was about $3 or $4 more then what I had ordered and I was able to get a refund, but whenever I went inside just to ask for a cheese sauce, she gave me a disgusted look and she threw it at me. And when I wasn't able to catch it, because I wasn't expecting her to throw it at me, as I was walking up to the counter, she told me that maybe I should learn to catch better. Both times that I had come up to the window and I was given back my receipt, which wasn't correct she was also very disrespectful, and rude and I was given a bad attitude. I am not saying that she needs to be fired, but she needs to be retrained.

Stopped in and bought a bag of ice. Seems like a good deal a little over $ 2 or $3 dollars for a big bag of ice. Kid's really love their ice.
Been going here since it opened have never had a problem if I do trista is the one I go to and it's always taken care of but janie is very rude feels like she doesn't care for her job I always get a attitude from her when I go up there so I try to avoid going there when she's there everyone else up there is freaking awesome Becky is always so up beat and joyful idk the other names but they are some of the sweetest ladies up there that work there but janie I always have a problem with her

I paid for extra candy in both blasts and both had less than I would normally expect for regular. Also no whipped cream- maybe they were out but they didn't offer an explanation. It took a while to be greeted even though the employees kept looking at me. The blasts were ready at the time we ordered though and were still very frozen so they hadn't been sitting.

Ordered a breakfast burrito there wasn't any eggs on it. Seems like this location has gone down. The last time our burgers had too much mayo on them. Everything was slidding off of it.
