This is a great place to go and eat when you're hungry. The location is not accessible friendly for getting to it however it is accessible friendly inside. You can get to it accessible but the ramp is on the opposite end of the square and the steps are not very easily passable if you don't use the ramp. Decent amount of parking minimal accessible spaces available though. The food is great but sometimes can depend on who's cooking that day. Inside is awesome and the staff are super friendly and great service. Location is easily seen from the road and easily accessed from the road. Parking can be unavailable during rushes like dinner and lunch. Mainly during the dinner run. I would definitely recommend eating here and will definitely be back.

I live about an hour and a half away but some friends live in the area. They always take me here when I’m in town for lunch. Burger and fries are amazing. I wish this place was closer to home.

Pizza really wasn't up to par, the crust was burnt and all the toppings fell off when trying to eat it. The bartenders poured out the head of beers when being made. They all have friendly service, I just wouldn't eat here again.

So here we go.The staff at the loft is nothing short of amazing. The barkeepers, spot on. Kitchen staff, doesn’t get what they deserve. The food, some of the best bar grub I’ve ever had. The owner, not so much a great experience. She lacks accountability and communication. Hard to work with that.

Need more servers had to wait to long for refills they spent more time at the bar and less on the tables. She did the best she could considering she was the only server and bar tender. That was the second time I have been there and the same problem.
Shelby is the best waitress we have ever had. She was all alone with 41 people. Not a single person had an empty drink. Great attitude. Will be back. Thank you for the good time & service.

It's a tragedy that this place has closed. The pizza was fantastic. the atmosphere was great. The owner was so accommodating of people that he literally sat at the table with my wife and I an figured out what kind of pizza he could make to accommodate her diet. The fact that a bunch of no-good liberals that don't even lie in TX and who haven't eaten here come to comment is a stain on US businesses. If you can't take a joke, don't go there. If you've never been to a place don't review it. Bunch of scum bags. This was some of the bet pizza I have ever had. easily the best Pizza North of the Metroplex. You all ruined a family eatery in an area that doesn't really have a lot of them. Shame on you.Vegetarian options: ask for them and they'll make it

If I could give all ZEROS I would!! This place has went down hill since I visited about 4 months ago there was a cool black lady that would be working in the kitchen and she always had a serious look on her face however we at least had hot and great tasting food!! She was always checking with the customers to make sure they were satisfied, we have been a couple times and not seen her.I hope we have just missed her on her scheduled days if not we will not be giving The Loft anymore of our business we will definitely be taking family and friends elsewhere.
