Ordered online 20 piece tenders 5 spicy 15 regular mash potatoes gravy ordered extra mashed potatoes and gravy family corn on the cob well I didn't get my extra family mashed potatoes an who ever put the corn in the bag put them in upside down an the juice got on the chicken. I called an talked to the gm an the gm was supposed to call me back in an hour an now 3 days later still no call.

Shorted food on order and would not make it rite 40 mi round trip I will never go back to chicken express again the price for chicken is rediculus too high for what it is Stephanie is the manager spoken too Zoe was the one that took the order

They left out part of our order and our chicken was cold. The didn't ask if we wanted biscuits or rolls they decided for us. We're to far to drive back to get the order corrected and definitely wasn't worth $25

I've never had a bad order from this chicken express. I always order the same thing (7 piece tender meal, half spicy and half original with mashed potatoes and gravy) and an unsweet iced tea. Sometimes they forget i get unsweet tea and give me sweet tea. They always exchange it for me. There's almost no wait between ordering at the drive through menu and to the window.

First time trying Chicken Expres. I'm afraid it will the last. Waited nearly 30 minutes for our food to get it barely warm. The fries were so cold they were inedible.

9:32PM Monday night. Less than 30 minutes before closing on a night I presume they usually don't have a rush. 8 cars in drive thru, some large orders. Looked to be 1 cook and 2 other employees inside. The team did awesome during an unexpected rush right before closing. Food was fresh and hot. They were transparent on if something would take longer like catfish etc. Would return if need to.
