This place is in desperate need of management. The pizza is good, but the service is consistently terrible. Showed up today to pick up my order (25 minutes after placing it). I was told they had "no idea" why my pasta and cheese bread had not even been started.Twenty minutes later, I am given my pizza that has been sitting on the counter, the rest of my order, and an apology. Seems to be run by kids.

Pizza was ok. Main concern was that staff was not wearing mask, or gloves. We are over 70 and very hesitant about getting out at all during these trying times. We had not ordered a pizza in months, and at this point, do not plan to repeat practice in the future. Even considered leaving pizza at desk, but just aren't that kind of folks.

This place is a joke. 2 Hours to get a pizza delivered in Whitney Tx! I should have known better. 2cd time this has happened, but I wanted to give them another shot. Shame on me. At the very least get your staff some training on customer service and setting expectations. Don’t tell customers 25 minutes and then act like we are inconveniencing you by calling to check on the order an hour and a half later. Still waiting for the call from the manager which will probably take longer than the pizza. Won’t be back!

My family and I enjoyed Marco's when they first opened, but they have really upped their game. Everything from my delivery today was top-notch...from the salad, pasta dishes, and pizza. Highly recommend!

Generous portions, good people relaxed atmosphere and good food. I look forward to trying their pizza. They have a pizza buffet from 11-2 and 5-8. The toast was light and crispy on the top, warm and soft on the bottom. It was so perfect it is a crying shame that there was no garlic flavor at all on the garlic toast or I guess just toast.
It is a Saturday at 6:00pm. No pizza on the buffet, had to wait for lettuce to be chopped and put on the salad bar. Unacceptable service tonight.

Outstanding delicious Italian!! We are full time RV and were craving pizza & pasta for dinner and ordered a medium thin crust pizza and an order of chicken Alfredo to go. Both were prepared quickly and were so flavorful. What a pleasant surprise to find this hidden gem in Whitney. Great price too! Bravo!!

Good place to eat in Whitney( pizza) always good , fun place to eat waitstaff very good always ask if you want a special kind . They keep the buffet full at all times good salad bar and you need to try the desserts they put out .

Typical buffet pizza. Nothing special or outstanding, pizza average at best. Plenty of food on the buffet, salad bar was typical, nothing memorable. Service is OK, and they will ask if you want a special pizza added to the buffet. I like my pizza crust crispy or at least not soggy, Marco's misses the mark and even when you ask for a crispy or well done pizza, it comes out soft/soggy on the crust. It's a shame that they can't get it right. Really no need for them to have opened because they serve the exact same type/style as Milanos and if they aren't going to be different then why bother because Whitney didn't need 2 Pizza places that are just alike.
