I used to stop there for a Quarter pounder w/cheese. That’s my favorite burger. So on this particular night it just so happened they ran out of beef patties and only had chicken. So, I was hungry and went with the chicken nuggets. Placed my order and paid and I waited and waited and waited. I was then asked to move our vehicle ahead and that they would bring my order out to me. Again I waited and waited. About 10 minutes later (mind you others are getting their order and moving on) I parked my vehicle and start to get out when a woman comes out and apologizes for the long wait. She tells me they have new people and that my order was dropped not once but two times. Again she apologized. So I get in my vehicle and check my order and it was wrong!! Trust me I was so 😡. I asked for the manager and explained what happened and I got a refund. I will not be back.

Ive never got sick and food is ok but This location is always different in different ways every time I order. From the sauce being on edge and paper, burger falling apart, bottom bun never seems to be warm or toasted, frys cold or no salt, it's just always something. I order food from another location 30 miles away it was so good it honestly made me realize how the one near me has problem. If feeling lucky give it a try

Most of my complaint is with the app and being able to order on it. The app states the $5meal deal was not available when it was, would not allow me to get the order of free fried or any other items although store said they were available to be used. Staff was great, fries were hot but ordered and paid for extra cheese and did not receive it. Otherwise service and store was awesome

My order is wrong more then right so I have to continually go back or hold up the line to make sure it's right. Employees are friendly but there is one in particular that is always yelling at the cooks. She a team leader of some sort. But very uncomfortable to listen to.
