Took 10 min to be given a venue, 30 min to get the food, my husband's sandwich and fries were cold. I watched the bartender do an 8 count pour for a local at the bar, and I ordered a double and watched him do a 5 count pour. The only thing I can say is that my pizza was very good. We will not be back.

Food was good, however, they have a loud talking guy that always sits at the bar with the same posse. He acts as if he owns Mulligan’s. The Director and Cook caters to this guy. Ridiculous! Clean this mess up an they just may see more people return.

Cheese burger with fries, should be easy enough.. NOT, wanted BBq sauce instead covered with mayo, meat was a frozen patty, bun was so full of grease inedible, fries were fried twice and way overcooked… couldn’t eat, waste of 14$.

Manager Carrie Holden has a team of great cooks and waiting staff that make Mulligans awesome. Tonight's St. Patrick's Day meal of Guinness beer, cabbage and Irish potatoes was excellent. Menu was primarily to celebrate St. Pat day and that's what we were there for.

The food has gone down hill since they switched to frozen everything, hardly anything is fresh coming out of that kitchen. They even had the audacity to switch to frozen pizza dough which in my opinion was definitely not okay. The atmosphere feels sad and depressing like the staff isn't that happy with what they're putting out there. Once upon a time this place had good food and a great atmosphere but those days are long over since some new management took over and some of their cooks walked out.
Visiting. Ate here 5 evenings. Catfish and hushpuppies overcooked. The fries and wings were very good. The poblano queso was excellent. The other four times the food was great. The burgers are excellent as were the New York steak and mashed potatoes. Would have gotten a 5 if not for the catfish.

Mulligan's is conveniently located in The New Course golf complex in White Bluff Resort. The St. Andrew's theme gives the restaurant an authentic and warm feeling of being in a Scottish restaurant with incredible views of the golf course. Spacious seating inside as well as outside. Courteous staff with wonderful menu options. Food is excellent and prices are more than reasonable.

Great food, and our waitress Ms. Ariel was so attentive to our needs yet not overbearing. Thank you!
