Food is awful got a County fried steak sandwich, it tasted like old,old,old,oil. It was so bad I tried to feed it to my dogs and they would not eat it.

Need to fix the screen on stall #1. Your employees are missing out on tips due to the touch screen not working.
This location is hit and miss. Everyone is nice, but the food is wrong half the time. For instance, my real fruit slush is always wrong. Sometimes, key ingredients are left off when not asked, like onions. And again sometimes it is correct. Many stalls don't work correctly and you can't pay at them or can't see them. I am patient and always get it fixed, it's just too frequent so make sure to check your order if you're taking it to go. The food is good though and of course we will be back.

I came by the Whitney Sonic today for the first time. I was asking what was on one of their burgers but ended up not ordering it scared I may not like it because I am so picky and ordered my usual. The manager was so kind and included that burger with my food. The food was very hot and you could tell made to order. I thank you guys at the Whitney Sonic for your kind service!

First of all it's a chain restaurant, everything is supposed to be identical from one to the next. People are the variable and key to the quality of the experience, even short staffed with communication down the crew made sure everyone felt served and cared for. Bravo!
