This has to be the worst 7 Brew in the entire United States. 3 total cars in line and it still took over 10 minutes to get our coffee. Only 3 employees in the establishment and this has been a recurring problem for weeks. With sadness I will never again frequent 7 Brew Southwest Parkway . One can only hope that management will see some of these reviews and take action and accountability.

This is the worst ran seven brew I have ever been to. And I travel a lot. I have been in line for 20 minutes now. The girls won’t walk down the line and take orders. They’re only taking one car ahead orders. Never in my life have waited this long. And this is the second time I’ve been to this one in the last six months and it was the same thing. I’m here on October 12 at 1:02 PM I am the next Coral line and no one has taken my order

The folks that run this location are great always keep it going and customers in and out love y’all the new location here in town needs your help they are terrible one line moves the other just sits and it seems like no one knows anything and they can’t get your order right it took us 40 minutes to get two drinks this morning and they were clueless, sorry about the rant but if you guys can help them please do because your the best

1st time trying this place, we weren't impressed! It's a shit show in the drive up lines, some people ordered some didn't some now they're in front of the line & just placing their order?? They guy taking our order had no idea what he was doing, I asked for SF cinnamon roll & he said they don't have it, I asked what they did have & he read off a list that included what I had just been told they didn't carry ?? Then I handed him a bogo coupon & he didn't apply it to the order! I had to remind him it was in his hand, hell they should have paid me for doing his job!! The Chai tea drink I got had the faintest flavor of Chai, really strange for such a flavorful drink. Thankfully I only wasted $6, the 15 minutes I lost was most painful!!

Gotta say the last few times we’ve come here we’ve been kind of annoyed. We’ve liked 7-Brew for the consistency and attention to detail, but in the last couple weeks almost every time we’ve come to this location there have been employees just standing around, nobody seems to want to take your order (or understand that they’re supposed to), and it feels like they will charge for extra and intentionally not give you what you’ve asked and paid for. Today we waited about ten minutes for two small blondies with EXTRA caramel drizzle and cold foam, and when we got our drinks we had to have them remade because they were mediums and had absolutely no caramel. When the smalls came out it was like… a WHISPER of caramel and watery cold foam. Half the time it’s perfect, beautiful, awesome, it’s the reason we keep coming back. But there have been more times than not lately where the service and drinks just aren’t what they should be and it’s disheartening and frustrating, on top of there being way too many people just standing around and talking and ignoring you until you begin to look visibly annoyed. Wasn’t like this a month ago, not sure what’s changed.

My wife just went to the southwest parkway 7brew in wichita falls, TX and had terrible experience with one of the employees on shift tonight. First she pulled up to order and waited a minute before being greeted even though there was only one other person. The employee finally acknowledged her and started taking her order but my wife had to repeat the order and her phone number several times and he still got it wrong. She wanted to take it back to get re made but it wouldn't be any use cause he would've probably messed it up on purpose. This employee seemed disgruntled and was not on par with the service we are used to at 7 brew. Please do not respond with giving me anything free as I would much prefer a conversation being had with this employee.
