Arby's in Wichita Falls

“I just want to say to the night manager from last week whom myself as well as other customers noticed was in the drive-thru taking orders, taking payments,making the food then running to the front counter to take orders then double back to the line to make our orders while taking orders through the headset. You are an amazing employee. I dont know where the other crew members were because from what we all noticed he was the only one we seen working. I dont remember the guys name but im going to say his name was eric or something similar(forgive me if im wrong). I take it he was a manager because of the polo shirt he was wearing. Alot of businesses here in Wichita Falls need more workers like you. Btw, the food was great as well as the service. Kudos to Arbys on Holliday.“

“The food business is really tough right now, getting good employees can be tough. I used the app to get a BOGO of the loaded Italian (sandwich was a little small) & the Turkey Bcn ranch. I used the restroom quick & my food was ready. Most fast food places suck these days. You did good! Helps that it is Wichita Falls! I get called sir all of the time here!“
