Food was wrong. Didnt realize until I got to work. Tried calling only to be told they were too busy to talk to me. Kept calling back and the manager told the employee to lay the phone down. I could hear them laughing in the background about laying the phone down so that the manager didn’t have to talk to me. This location is owned by Randy Clement’s in Burkburnett tx. He owns burk realty if anyone else has any complaint call him. But good luck with that because his attitude toward his customers is not much better

I just want to say to the night manager from last week whom myself as well as other customers noticed was in the drive-thru taking orders, taking payments,making the food then running to the front counter to take orders then double back to the line to make our orders while taking orders through the headset. You are an amazing employee. I dont know where the other crew members were because from what we all noticed he was the only one we seen working. I dont remember the guys name but im going to say his name was eric or something similar(forgive me if im wrong). I take it he was a manager because of the polo shirt he was wearing. Alot of businesses here in Wichita Falls need more workers like you. Btw, the food was great as well as the service. Kudos to Arbys on Holliday.

Steak and cheese sandwich???? Mine was sauce and bread what little meat the sandwich had fell out due to the river of sauce..The staff is awesome for customer service. For the price of the sandwich it should have meat. The photo is the most insulting part of the whole experience photo is a ten the thing they changed me for was a two.

The service was great! The food was terrible! I don't suffer from acid reflux until I eat a curly fry or bite an Arby's Greek sandwich. I suffered for 2 days after my lunch there. Very low quality food, or the additives should be removed, not approved.
