This is our go to place when we can't decide what we want to eat. It's always fresh and hot and there's so many choices for my husband who doesn't eat roast beef .

I only ordered a shake. Super simple order. They did make it correct, I asked for no drizzle and no whip cream. The only thing odd is how long it took to take my order and for them to fill it. The lobby was empty. They were not friendly, honestly seemed miserable

Went on Arby's birthday, and the specials they offered were amazing! Of course the food is ALWAYS great! Service ... Well, that's a different story. No shakes, was told to come back the next day .... ?
