They were really busy when we were here! I just totally love eating shave ice since I was in Hawaii!

I just started coming to this business a couple of months ago. The employee that served me then was Bre. She was friendly, polite, and efficient. Since then I go here several times a week. I always get great service and great attitudes. I see Bre almost every time I show up. Her service is impeccable. She remembers orders and the details of what I want. Excellent person and a great member of her organization.
At the very least, she needs a raise.

Pulled up with only three cars in front of us….45 minutes later. This is the slowest Bahama bucks and I’m not sure why I continue to give them a chance. It is slow every time. The people are friendly, the products are good, but geez the time to make a sno cone?!

This drive thru takes way took long for its product. My family waited in the drive thru for 30 minutes.
And then for the sno cone to not even be fully flavored? The middle of the tigers blood sno cone isn’t supposed to be white. If it wasn’t for my kids I would never come here.

I had sour cherry ? shaved ice, it was delicious. The little girls that work there were pleasant and very helpful
Kid-friendliness: They have sidewalk chalk so people, kids of any age, can draw on the concrete where the tables are located

The WORST experience I've ever had at any food place ever. First it took around 20 minutes to get my drink because the kid who made it had it sat on the counter for 10 minutes without putting it out. Don't get me started on the crackheads everywhere. No regulations on unmarked cars parked in HANDICAPPED spaces. Nor regulations on illegally parked vehicles. Terrible. I will never be coming back here.
The immature, rude and ableist reply from the manager just proves my points.

Absolutely love sitting in the drive through and nobody wants to take an order, others ahead of us left for the same reason, dont go here its a waste of time and gas
