“My husband works in Wichita Falls an I came down for the weekend. We were looking to play a few games of pool an have a couple of drinks together. He took me to a pool hall in the area, but it was packed with youngsters an no pool tables open plus that's not really my Scene. Upon looking on Google for "hole in the wall bars" this lovely gem popped up. An man am I glad we went. Its exactly what I was looking for 12-16 people tom petty on the jukebox an open pool table (which after 2 games ate 2 dollars in quarters, that the bartender didnt know how to fix) the bartender was awesome besides the lack of knowledge on the pool tables. Atmosphere was great. We will definitely be back“

Broad Street Billiards Bars • $
1300 14th St, Wichita Falls

“Wichita Weekly Nightlife Review | May 2025 By: Jordan Kelly | Nightlife Features Writer --- Why Broad Street Billiards Might Be Wichita Falls' Best Bar — And You Didn’t Even Realize It When most people think about Wichita Falls nightlife, a few familiar names always seem to float to the top of the conversation — the Irish pub with live bands, the cocktail lounge with the velvet couches, or the latest taproom serving craft beer and pizza. But if you ask around off the record — especially among locals who actually spend their weekends out — one name keeps coming up again and again: Broad Street Billiards. Yes, the word “billiards” is in the name, but let’s set the record straight — this is far more than just a pool hall. An Unmatched Atmosphere With a 4.8-star rating on Facebook and an overwhelmingly positive buzz on social media, Broad Street Billiards has quietly built a reputation for being one of the most welcoming, clean, and entertaining spots in the city. From the moment you walk in, the space feels open and social, not cramped like many dive bars or over-designed lounges. Whether you’re looking to grab a drink with friends, catch a live DJ set, or compete in one of their many tournaments, you’ll find something happening here almost every night of the week. Drinks, DJs, and Diamond Tables Of course, the Diamond pool tables are a huge draw — and they should be. They’re some of the best-maintained in North Texas, attracting serious players and casual first-timers alike. But Broad Street Billiards doesn’t stop at pool. You’ll find DJ nights, karaoke competitions, and seasonal events that rival anything the bigger “nightlife” venues offer. Add in affordable drink specials, a spacious patio, and some of the friendliest staff in the area, and you’ve got a spot that checks every box. A Local Gem, Not a Corporate Clone Perhaps what makes Broad Street Billiards stand out most is its independent, community-driven vibe. This isn’t some cookie-cutter chain or corporate franchise. It’s owned and operated by people who live here, work here, and care about the local scene. From hosting charity events to supporting local leagues, Broad Street Billiards continues to prove that it’s not just a place to drink — it’s a place to belong. --- Final Take If you’re looking for the best all-around bar experience in Wichita Falls, skip the hype and check out what the locals already know — Broad Street Billiards is the real deal. Trust me, your weekend plans just got better.“

Maybe I will order half a sub next time so I can have a side of Mac and Cheese or fries. Beers are $2 and drinks $3 at happy hour. We got there later but hopefully next time we get there earlier. “We stopped in while traveling and had Fajitas, chicken and shrimp, for two. We were surprised. It was good. We didn't care for the "gringo" mexican rice, but everything else was delicious. We also ordered the trio dipper with chili cheese, salsa, and guacamole. The guacamole was fresh and chunky . . . So good! The salsa could have been a little more spicier, and the chili cheese dip . . . It was alright and different, but I would have rather had two guacamoles. Shelby, our server, eh! We ordered extra lemon (to put in our water and squeeze on our fajitas), and she had to go back to get them. She was not very attentive. Everything else was fabulous. Well done Management!“
