We wanted to give a shout out Cassandra! My husband and I went in there on our 31st birthday and asked to sample all 31 flavors and she was so awesome! We knew this was an absurd request but her and her team were all smiles and happy to help with our special day. So thank you so much Cassandra! The ice creams were all delicious!

Never gone to a Baskins before, decided to give it a shot. This location was out of nearly EVERYTHING— my husband ended up having to settle on a sundae with no hot fudge or anything but still got charged the sundae price. Speaking with the worker was nearly impossible as while her English was okay her accent made her nearly completely unintelligible. Ice cream tasted good but my first visit will be my last.

Very clean. Very slow service while waiting on two people. Portion of ice cream did not reflect price. Due to poor value, will not visit for ice cream again.

It's still summer and they don't have lemonade for the refresher drinks. They also don't have ANY of the things they are advertising. Especially the oreo cold brew coffee ice-cream0 stars

Terrible customer service. Placed a custom cake order online and went to pick it up the the next day at the designated time. The employees had no knowledge of the order and was told by either the manager or owner that I could either pick out a cake from their freezer or come back another day/time for a refund. We have been to this particular store one other time and the employees and their supervisor were being very loud and argumentative. We will not be back. Currently disputing the charge with my CC company since they did not want to make it right in the store.

Poor customer service. I ordered two dips of vanilla in a cup. The lady brings me two cups with a single dip in each. I told her the issue and she then takes the single dip cup, puts it in a large ice cream cup and stacks the other dip on top of the single dip all in a small cup inside a large cup. It wasn’t even two full dips of ice cream. They act like you are bothering them. No enthusiasm, no thank you. No wonder they aren’t busy!

My wife, daughter, and I went for a little sweet treat for a birthday celebration. We enjoy both Baskin-Robbins ice cream and Blue Bell, which is sold at another establishment in town. Neither one ever disappoints. This experience was no different. The flavors were delicious. There were at least 20 flavors to choose from. Serving sizes were generous, which is always appreciated! The server was prompt, friendly, and courteous. One star off for not having my favorite flavor, Rocky Road. But that's just me. We won't hesitate to return.

I have been asking for the Lemon kip Ice Cream but, no one...manager included...seemed to care, since I got several diifrrent lies as to when they would have some. One even said that it sells out so fast that I would have to keep checking back daily. Well, if it sells so fast....why not order more each time, right?...Duh!...I see that they will be going down in history as having the worst customer service...in the world...after having spoken to 3 customers that had been waiting long periods of time for their orders. They are just exstremely slow, sluggish and just out of it, it seems. I think they need more oxygen to their brains, if they even have one. They probably need to take some good quality daily vitamins on a regular basis. AND some vitamin B12...Sheeesh!

We'll be contacting Corporate, but THE most disgusting individuals were working at this establishment on 3/16/22 -- they got our order wrong, we politely asked them to fix it, they gave us attitude + put a pube in our ice cream. see photo.

I've tried for months to get peanut butter chocolate ice cream from here. They don't ever have it. The donuts from here are stale as hell. This location has been like this for over 2 years. Needs new management.

Waited 15 minutes for milkshakes. No one in line, we were the only ones there. Also ask him to throw away a cup and he refused said he can't according to health standards.
