This Braums is always great! Tonight, there was a long line in the drive-through, but it went really quick. The guy working the window was phenomenal, great attitude, motivated, kind, and smiling the whole time (and not one of those fake smiles either, it was genuine). Anyway, the service was much appreciated. You don't find this kind of service anymore.
I visited Braums, Kemp Blvd in Wichita Falls, TX, recently for the chicken strips dinner. Used to come with 4 chicken strips,about 4 or 5 inches long. Well,today,get home with the 2 dinners I bought for close to $20, an inside the to go box was 4 tiny,about the size of chicken nuggets,inside my to go boxI just couldn't believe my eyes. I won't be ordering that again. Not worth the money. Should be called chicken nuggets dinner. Seriously!!Wheelchair accessibility: They have handicapped parking close to the store.
