Great ice cream with great service
Unprofessional stuff, they had me waiting for 5 min while others keep ordering from the 2nd line , 4 customers came after me and got their orders.

Had to go through the drive thru twice , because they gave me someone else order ,they acted like we just pulled to the window and got someone's food without paying ,so we had to drive around again ,keep in mind we already paid for our food ,so the girl at the window could recognize us ,to get our order ,we felt extremely humiliation,thanks Brauums ,and they didn't even apologize.

Restaurantji Recommends
Two employees were making fun of two girls telling that they were big and didn't need to order a bag of burgers late at night. They also were calling the girls sir, when it was obvious they are young women. They proceeded to make jokes at them then shook their bag of food before handing it to them. Disgusting behavior 🤢

Parking lot full of kids standing in the way of cars & the adults with them did nothing to move them to safety or even just to get them out of the cars paths ?? The employees in the DT very poor communication skills. I told 2 people that what they were trying to charge me for was not what I ordered or wanted. They still tried to give me the wrong items !!
