Malts are the best, this SW Pkwy location is pretty consistent on having the best people making good malts. It's rare to find anybody that does malts, anymore. Sonic, and many fast food chains just do shakes.
The ice cream is good but that is too be expected. It would be really difficult to jack up ice cream. But they seriously need to go down the street to CiCi's and take notes. The customer service at this Braum's is non-existent. I suppose that's not true, they say WELCOME TO BRAUM'S when you walk in, but that's it. No smiles. No manners. No courtesies. In fact they kind of act like how dare you come in at 2 in the afternoon for ice cream. We will still...
This past experience was the only pleasant experience I've had at this Braum's. I usually avoid this location at all cost. They're rude and don't ask them to fix the runny shake they gave you, you'll get attitude and brought back another one bout the same consistency
