it's just okay. nothing special.
Food was good. Service lacked deliberate attention and required waving hands to get the server to visit the table. Tables and floors need some heavy cleaning... you can clearly see stains and surfaces are sticky to the touch. This place has an absence of proper cleaning practices.

The food is always great, but I’m here to say that Josh is an excellent customer service provider. Hands-down, probably one of the most respectful people I have come in contact with lately in food service. Food and service was great! The rewards program is kind of ridiculous if you sign up for your birthday month during that month. You won't see your reward for 12 months if you do that. Only thing I did not like was the wind coming through every time the front door opened where we were seated.

I have been to Bricktown Brewery in OKC many times, as well as locations in Tulsa and Lawton. But this was my first to hit one in Texas, this one in Wichita Falls. It was the perfect destination on my road trip back to Amarillo, not just for lunch, but also to get some work done.

The only problem is the intricacy of state alcohol laws which make it tough to transport across state lines. For that reason, don’t expect any Brockton beers here. But rest assured, the tap list is long with many other great beers, so no one will go thirsty.

I had to go with a Manhattan Project Half-Life for my libation, probably because it is one of my favorite Texas beers. For food I ordered a custom pizza, minus the mozz since I don’t do cheese. But my server was cool with that. It was delicious with my toppings, and I love the fact that customers can just build whatever they want.

The atmosphere was great, and I was able to get a lot of work done in 90 minutes at the bar. All told, I ate half a pizza and sipped three of those Manhattans (beers, that is). All that remained was another 240 miles home.

Vegetarian options: Veggie options are somewhat limited, but with a little creativity you can make it happen.

If you go in there during their so called “happy hour” and nothing is written below on the chalk board, you better ask what drinks are discounted. The server will not inform you of this. Of all the drinks they serve only 4 of them are discounted. Then you have to deal with a jerk of a manager that all he does is make excuses for his employees not doing their job when he finally gets to you table to discuss this issue.

Had a bad experience and haven’t been back yet. We ordered a to go order for our family and raved about how good your restaurant is. We got home to see that our order was incorrect. Called back, talked to a manager, whom said he would return our call the next day with a replacement and we never heard anything back. Tried to contact a few times since then with no resolution.

Loved the cod and tartar sauce was great. Mac and cheese was a little spicy for my taste and the Fries were nothing special in my opinion. I would totally eat the cod again, but choose different sides. The carnivore pizza was good. I love how the pizza is "plated' with all the accompaniments. Nice touch there.
