White people cant cook mexican food ..I have lived here in wf all my life 50 + yrs & heard this is the best place.. wrong ..Fajitas was 22$ which that is good price until you get them & there is not even enough for 1 person .then they was cold in a plate ..not sizzling like other places .. then we go to pay & they charge a fee for something like sharing fee wth is that i asked ... the chips & hotsause that we told waitress we did not want ... wow what a rip off . Walking into this place the booths are dark and dingy. Curtains and fake straw roof covers the booths making it dark. No draft beer, only wine based margaritas, the chips were so thick they were hard to eat, only hot salsa. Their sides to the meals are a joke. My wife ordered Quesadillas and onion rings as a side (onion rings don’t go with Mexican food) and there were 2….two…onion rings on the plate. I had enchiladas and she asked if onions on top were ok. Well, the cook placed 1/4 piece about 4” long on top. Seriously!!!! Why bother.?I talked to the owner and he said it’s been this way for over 100 yrs. Wow!!!We will NEVER be back.

Absolutely zero flavor in everything. Salsa was definitely pace jar salsa, the beans had so much lard/fat in them it coated my mouth and they had no flavor. I wish this place was as tasty as it appears to be, but we were so disappointed. I had the red tacos and couldn't finish them because they were so bland and flavorless, had almost no filling at all, even a salt shaker did nothing. Great ideas and concept, but poor quality and execution.

Casa Manana is a historic Tex-Mex restaurant in downtown WF. The ambience and booths are nostalgic, but I’m conflicted because I would love to see an updated restaurant as well. Particularly the bathrooms could benefit from an update. Their chips are 1 of a kind. And I LOVE the salsa! Prices are higher for Mexican food, but then again everything is pricey these days.

Casa manana has not adapted with the times. The only thing that has changed is their menu prices. Their prices for Mexican food are insane. The ambience is waaaaay overdue for a facelift. And for the love of god, please demo the bathrooms. The bathrooms stink and are disgusting. I’m surprised they’re still open. With that all said, I still love their chips and salsa. I would love to see a renovation inside the building that justifies their menu prices.

If you don't stop here you are missing out on great food! We stop in here about once to twice a month! This is where my inlaws went on their first date, and this is where I proposed to my wife.

Used to eat here all the time in 2014 and loved it. Food was actually gross today. Took a bite of my red tacos, one bite of beans, and one bite of rice….all bad. My girl didn’t enjoy/eat her $17 quesadillas either. Also…I’m not a picky eater by any means. Food was so bad I almost forgot how long it took to get served.
