Cheddars has always been one of my favorite spots!!!! Always a pleasant experience!!

This place is literally the 7th circle of hell. The bar hasn't been cleaned in probably days, there's 1000 kids screaming and running around the place, and the fire alarm is apparently running low on batteries. Come here solely to remind yourself how good you have it in life.

Lunch with my granddaughter. Something for everyone. Food's excellent. Prices reasonable. Great service too.

We had Charity as our wait staff and she was super amazing. Regardless of bad reviews, we tried it anyway, but our food was really good. Decent clean atmosphere. We returned a couple of weeks later with our dad and had another great experience with Madison. Charity is still the bomb!

May 8, 2025 ☆ Son's RN Graduation
I had made a reservation for the long table in the backroom the week prior to graduation. We had family traveling in and wanted to celebrate in a cozy quieter restaurant with a wide selection of food choices. My daughter had went in first, where some of our family was already waiting. The hostess told her that there was no reservation on the books and another family had reserved the table. So I grabbed our decorations and headed in. The woman told me the same thing. The Managing Partner Kevin McCann come to the front desk to help me. I explained the situation. Showing him my phone calls to Cheddars and explained the conversation. That the lady on the phone said that the table would be reserved until 8:00, but then we could go decorate the table. It was now 8:15, Mr. McCann went and took care of everything. He had us seated and enjoying our family celebration within 5-10 min. All the food come out quickly and delicious as always. We had a wonderful waitress named Natalie. Thanks to Kevin McCann & Natalie, along with their other staff we had a wonderful time!! 😃🙌

Note: Not sure if I hadn't had those phone calls still on my phone, if everything would have still played out in our favor. Yet, I am truly thankful they did. 🧑‍🎓✨️🧑‍⚕️

I wasn't pleased at all with our last visit here but being that Cheddars is pretty much the only restaurant that will cook my steak to my liking, of course I was giving it a second chance. Last night, we experienced service from an awesome waiter! Riley was just absolutely amazing! Our food was spot-on and my steak perfectly cooked!

I ordered the 14-ounce rib eye, and my wife ordered the 8 ounce sirloin steak meals. We both had the southern green beans, my wife had the corn off the cob, and I had the red beans and rice. Both steaks were ok but a little much on the black pepper. The southern green beans were so, so. The corn was ok, and the red beans and rice were ok. The waitress was great, I wish I had gotten her name so I could praise her because she really made the evening.

Would not return. We only saw our server twice: to get drink order and app order. The cheese bites were fantastic 10/10 but the onion rings came out lukewarm and were just not good. We ordered the chocolate cake sundae through the kiosk and it was dry and tasted vaguely of a public bathroom?? We never had any interaction with staff after the dessert was delivered by someone we hadn’t seen prior. We attempted to pay on the kiosk but the wifi had gone down according to staff at the host stand and the kiosk was not working and began to flash red. At least 5 staff members walked by and saw us flashing red and didn’t help. After 20+ minutes of waiting to pay, I went to the host stand and asked to pay at the front. The restaurant has a cool vibe but the fish tank was way overstocked and a huge green algae bloom was happening. Just go somewhere else if you’re in the area

Was directed to the bar where we sat for 10 minutes before moving to a table and were told that the bar is actually closed. When we finally got our food, I had a plate full of uncooked rice. This place shouldn’t be in business.

They don’t do anything birthdays

The wife and I have been here a few times over the last couple of years and every time we love it. The food always comes out really good, without too much of a wait. Every once in a while the service is a little lacking but its never bad enough for us to complain or not want to go back again. We don't actually live in town but when we do go down to Wichita Falls its one of the main places we choice to eat at.
