This pizza is exactly as pictured; I say that because up until now I've only seen pictures of a Chicago style pizza and never been to Chicago. The owner made two of the best looking and tasting pizzas for my wife and I. Mr. Hernandez was very friendly and got our food out fast. We live 100 miles away, but will DEFINITELY be going back. The restaurant is located in what's left of the Sikes Senter Food Court and is well worth going to.

Absolutely fantastic pizza! IDK what they put in it, but it is so hard not to eat it every day! Awesome staff who are more than glad to help decide what goodness to order. Cannot imagine the mall without them now.

The food is fantastic! The problem is their drive thru service. They need to get a better system in place for this. The drive thru is not monitored closely enough. If someone pulls up and it is going to be more than 5 minutes until their order is ready, they need to have them pull up out front and park so that others who got there when they were told their pizza would be ready are not waiting for 15 minutes. This happened today and my pizza was lukewarm because of this.

Completely rude staff tries to place an order 3 time they cancelled it every time waisting over 2 hour of my time back and forth with them then asked for a gm name and was told they would not disclose the information. So much for a first experience with a company.

Went to the After Dark Karaoke Game Night. The food was great, the DJ was awesome, and the atmosphere was fun!! I will most definitely be back!!Kid-friendliness: Always enjoy the pizza!!

I have ordered regular pizzas from here before no fuss, however after trying one of the "Chicago style" I will not visit again. After about 30 minutes waiting for the pizza it is handed to me and before I am even out of the door there is a liquid furiously flowing out of the box. I open the box and ask the worker is this normal for yall to which her response was yes because of the peppers there is supposed to be about 3 cups worth of water atop my pizza. By dissecting the pizza it becomes apparent that the crust was treated as a bowl, cheese first then pouring the entire contents of a jalapeño can into it followed by a mountain of wet sauce. They must have ran it through the oven once at the lowest setting possible, the pizza I received was extremely cold and the cheese not melted. After pouring all of the excess onto the ground when I got home I opened it up to give it a try. The bottom fell apart of course due to the extreme amount of liquid it was completely soiled crust. I tried at it with a fork and knife and even the carrots from the jalapeños are in the can, they really poured the entire can, liquid and all into my pizza. The pizza was 20$ for small (what they called medium) which I could get 3 pizzas from lil caesars and still get higher quality. An udder waste of my Saturday night meal and an extremely distasteful abomination they dare call Chicago style pizza. This could have simply be remedied by the young lady however when I showed the enormous pool of liquid atop my pizza she insisted it is completely fine, I will not attempt to argue with somebody who knows they are in the wrong but will not admit it so I left it at that.

Sometimes a little short staffed, but always pleasant and always good food! Even when I ask for something special (twist on the normal menu item), they are accommodating. Great place to go!

Pizza would of been good, but it wasn't cooked long/hot enough...came out room temp and my cheese was still in shredded form. Friday evening and zero customers inside, some tables already had chairs up with 2+ hours before close time. Overall, I wasn't impressed with my experience. Brought the pizza home to be properly heated and it was good.
