My chicken was smaller than the buns and didn’t even take it all up and fries tasted off. Never had this problem once but now it seems common

01/27/2025 9:30-9:45, as usual, great customer service. The food was not so great. I am returning the food today for a refund.
Every Chic fil A has the cleanest atmosphere even the employees uniforms are clean. On the other hand, why can't we request crispy fries or request our chicken to be cooked longer? Lots of people like food cooked properly, not under cooked fries and chicken or even doughy rolls on the chic n minis. Yuck!

I am an avid reviewer. I am usually leaving a good review 9 out of 10 times, but not tonight. I ordered two meals, which I asked to be bagged separately so that I could take them to different people - and a salad with two family sides and drinks. I noticed they were not bagged separately so they agreed to do it in the store so that I wouldn’t have to do it in my vehicle. During this time, my drinks were given to the car behind me. This worker handed out 2 more orders behind that car. By this time they are handing me back my cold food after re-bagging. I then asked for my drinks and stated that I believe they were given to car behind me, but I prefer new ones.
By this time, the worker handing out the food is already bringing the drinks back, as the car behind noticed their drinks were wrong. They then try to hand me the drinks. I clearly stated that I didn’t feel comfortable with that and if they could make my drinks over.
How did the other car know that the drinks were wrong? I don’t know if they drank out of them, took their straws out and handed them back.
I then see, who looked like an actual store leader taking the drinks and pouring them in different cups after she had asked me to pull forward from the window. I didn’t feel comfortable with that so I didn’t move up.
She had went behind the set up at the window thinking that I couldn’t see her. But I was definitely look hard at this point! After I watched her do this and they tried to bring them to me. I explain what I saw and asked that they please remake my drinks.
The manager comes and I explain my concern. He then asked me to pull forward. I refused and stated calmly that she lacked integrity and I didn’t trust the situation.
I finally received my drinks; soda all on the sides because by this time, the young lady making them is frustrated, which I understand, but who wants used drinks? And I still don’t trust the drinks because her integrity was off from the the jump and she was very upset.
Maybe I have trust issues 😂 definitely did at this point.
Hats off to the guy who took my order and indicated separate bagging on the order. Only reason why I gave a 3 for atmosphere and he had a great attitude. Highly disappointed and offended at not just the actions of one but also her coworkers who watched her do it. I don’t like spending almost $50 and then receiving that type of service. I pray that they understand my concern and learn from it. I usually receive good service at this location.
To top it all off - I have no dressing for my salad 😑

Food and service is great. Kids play area is gross though, looks like it's never been cleaned though.
Really claustrophobic drive thru and entrance/exit location.

The fries tasted burnt. I think they need to change their oil out. This is not the norm for them. Everything is usually excellent. Still one of my favorite places.

Food was cold so I don't pay $10 for a French fry and a burger and a drink when it's cold so I won't go back
Parking: The parking is not difficult to park but when you walk inside you've got cars blocked in the walkway when you're handicap is not right for me they shouldn't allow them to park in the crosswalks while they're taking orders and just park and they're waiting to move forward

The service is always wonderful! The orders are always correct! They are fast, efficient, and always polite and kind! I love this location! My go-to orders are the original chicken sandwich with fries or the chicken nuggets and fries with Polynesian or chick fil a sauce. Other favorites: the fruit, macaroni, and the icecream!
I recently stopped by Chick-fil-A, and I have to say, it was a great experience from start to finish. The staff was incredibly friendly, making me feel welcome the moment I walked in. I ordered a chicken sandwich and waffle fries, and they were both delicious—cooked just right! The restaurant was super clean, which is always a big plus for me.
Even though I accidentally ordered the wrong shake, they made me a new one without any hesitation. They really went above and beyond with their customer service, especially for a fast food place. It’s clear that they really care about their customers and take pride in what they do. If you’re looking for a place with great food and even better service, Chick-fil-A is definitely the spot!
