My kids loved the chicken tenders, they cook them fresh but it's worth the wait. The perfect runs the counter and she hustles to get the food out! Lots of friendly locals inside. My 11 year old said he hopes they open one on Austin
The food I got was made to order, so very fresh! I believe it just got lost in a tiny language barrier that I wanted the chicken fried steak, they gave me the chicken fried rice instead. Honestly? It was still very good and I felt like I ate so much, but it definitely doesn't show! I'm not really a people person, so that's why the ding on atmosphere, it is definitely a small building but still have the great customer service!
I’m so glad we stumbled onto the Chicken Box as we traveled through Wichita Falls. This is an individually owned fried chicken shack that serves tenders as well as white and dark meat on the bone.
