The food was old and cold. The service was horrible, very rude. They refused to sell us the 15 piece chicken and biscuits ( which is on their menu), until we talked to the manager. They said we had to buy the sides with it. The manager finally okay and sold us what was on the menu.The chicken was cold and hard. Will NEVER go back!! I do not recommend. To many other great chicken places

As so common with Chicken Express on Southwest Parkway, they always get my order about 75% correct. Tonight I went through the drive through and ordered a three piece fish dinner with fries and mini poppers, extra hush puppies, and a large ice tea for $16.31. When I got my order, I got TWO pieces of fish (NOT three), NO ranch dressing for my poppers although I asked, and NO extra hush puppies. I usually know better than to leave before I check my order but tonight I was in a hurry - my mistake. The food was fairly good but I get SO TIRED of continually not getting what I paid for.

Waited 35 minutes for my order and got it wrong went inside to tell them my order was incomplete wen i was inside the manager went to my car and was rude to my wife told her this is not your order they messed up my order he acted like and idiot not going
service was ok! we waited a bit for our food and when it came my chicken was room temp at best, severly over cooked to the point it cut my gums trying to eat! Even has a burnt taste! went to complain and was met with a glassy stare!
