I come to eat chicken express on my break, I only have 30 minutes to do, so when I order through the drive-through, I expect all my silverware in the bag. This is the seventh time that this happened, this is so freaking annoying.

Ordered a two strip chicken. Got a stuffed box and was told thank you. Asked if there was sauce in the box or something and the guy said yes, there should be. Got obviously old chicken strips, fries, biscuit and gravy. Daughter said they sometimes give you extra stuff when it gets close to closing time but it was an hour and a half before closing. No napkins, no ketchup, and definitely no sauce for chicken strips. Food wasn't even edible. Ended up in the trash at my hotel. Won't trust this place again for sure.

Do you enjoy gambling? Because your food being fresh and appetizing is a game of chance at this place. Which is sad for the price you’re paying. And remember. The house always wins. 7/10 the food here tastes and feels as though it’s been sitting all day.

If I pay for something then I should get it. I don’t care if it was .50. I waited forever in the drive-through only for my box to be missing my roll. I let them know and they wanted me to drive around and wait in the drive-through again instead if somebody just bringing it to me. I went inside to get it instead, and nobody even looked my way as I was standing at the counter. It took me stating helloooo. I’m just missing the roll from my order for somebody to actually give it to me and even then they had to discuss whether I was telling the truth or not.. he didn’t even bother putting it in a box or a small bag for me. He just handed me the roll out of his hand in a napkin. Manager sitting there head down.. food is great but service is terrible!!!! Nothing “EXPRESS” about it 😭😭
Depending on the day, your chicken might be fresh. This has seemed to improved recently, but I used to only go to Canes due to freshness. Happy to see the improvements.

Most family meals are nearly $50, but they won't take bills higher than $20.
The family meals are a decent value, but the amount of sides you are given is paltry. A 16 piece meal only comes with 3 sides and by the time you split them 6 ways everyone gets just a few bites.

Placed order in was 64.93 , pulled up to pay and they wouldn't except my money . I had a 50 and a 20 dollar bill . Window guy even asked manager if he could except it . I was told no had to be paid with nothing larger than a 20 dollar bill . I did dig around my truck and found 2 more 20's . This is B/S . Guess I will spend my money ey somewhere else.
