Every time I’ve encountered Donna at Chick-fil-A she has gone above and beyond. Even on scorching days near 100°, when she’s clearly been working hard in the heat, she is still genuinely kind, joyful, and eager to help. She is the true embodiment of the Fruits of the Spirit, and her heart shines with the reminder of Psalms 118:24 — “This is the day that the Lord has made; let us rejoice and be glad in it.”

I’ve never had a single issue at this location—if you’ve ever been to a Chick-fil-A, you know they already hold themselves to a higher standard of service. “It’s been the longest day working two jobs, and I was completely drained. I pulled up to Chicken express at 9:59, not realizing they closed at 10. I felt awful once I realized, especially after ordering a made-to-cook item — but the team was so kind, patient, and went above and beyond without hesitation. “I am never disappointed eating in or at the drive-through. Customer service, which is huge for me, is always on point. The food is always hot and fresh, with sides not lacking in flavor. Spicy chicken tenders are my fave and never disappoint. It's never good for me, but with an out of this world flavor, the fried apple pie will always be my favorite. Fast food prices going through the roof, at least quality here, has not suffered.
