I recently had an extremely disappointing experience at Chipotle that left me frustrated and dissatisfied. From the moment I walked in, the staff seemed uninterested and dismissive. Their lack of basic courtesy was evident, as they barely made eye contact and responded to simple questions with curt, impatient tones.

While ordering, I encountered a particularly rude staff member who seemed annoyed by any customization I requested, even though Chipotle is known for its customizable menu. Instead of offering assistance, they rushed me through my order, making me feel like an inconvenience rather than a valued customer.

The unfriendly demeanor didn't stop there. When I pointed out an error in my order, the staff member responded with visible annoyance rather than an apology, reluctantly correcting it without any acknowledgment of their mistake. This kind of behavior completely overshadowed the quality of the food, which is usually reliable.

Overall, the unpleasant attitude of the Chipotle staff ruined what should have been a quick, enjoyable meal. Customer service plays a crucial role in the dining experience, and unfortunately, this visit left a lasting negative impression. I hope management addresses these issues to improve the atmosphere and ensure better customer interactions in the future.

I tried the new Chipotle Honey Chicken. It's ok, nothing shout about. Just taking a pre-existing chicken and slathering it in sugar. The portion size is smaller at this location as compared to other locations.

I made a mistake in thinking this was a good chipotle, I had a great employee though I believe on my first visit, last visit I walked out. Employees here really believe that 5 little cubes of steak is a single portion for a burrito. They did so well my first time, it's disappointing. I will never go back

The people were super nice. The food was ok, but could have been more fresh.

It was so nice that the person serving the food suggested a cup for water when I said I was diabetic so didn't want a drink with sugar.

Meh. It could be because I chose spinach instead of rice for my base...but you'd think the rest of the flavors would be just as delish! I used to love the food here!! Delectable!! But not this time.

Parking: We were there to go to Volcano, but the last couple of times there has been no parking. So, we chose Chipotle instead.

Burrito bowl is always my meal but i felt that portion size was superbly less than usual. The girl at the counter put very less rice and beans in all three of our bowls. Please ask them to fill the bowl properly.

Tables are dirty and the floor. Give you small portions of food multiple occasions to see if it was consistent. Won’t be coming back this location. If you’ve seen people on TikTok saying how chipotle gives you little amounts of food, you’ve found the location. Water machine also isn’t clean and gives me black specs in my water cup and the utensils are low and napkins.

Two small bowls & one large drink was $37.00 That's ridiculously overpriced. I will be taking my business elsewhere. Goodbye Chipotle!

I ordered a Chipotle bowl with brown rice, and unfortunately, the rice was severely undercooked—it was so hard that it was difficult to chew. On top of that, the portion sizes for each item were noticeably small. Even after adding everything I requested, there was still a lot of empty space in the bowl. Overall, it was disappointing, especially considering the usual quality and portion sizes I’m accustomed to from Chipotle.
