We went last minute for my son’s birthday and it was the best decision we made. The staff was super friendly.. went over a beyond to make sure we were comfortable! Checked on us throughout our experience and helped the kids choose their toys at the end.
Awesome dining experience with my daughter everything was excellent from the friendly cashiers to the chefs in the back y'all did excellent. Even Chuck E. came out to hang out with the kids. The pizza was tasty and we had so much left over I had to get two to go boxes. This was a memorable experience and I'm so glad I decided to go with Chuck E cheese.

We left without anyone checking our stamps. So dont feel your children are safe from strangers. Other chuck e cheeses I have been to has an actual gate that someone is working the whole time. You might want to change your design.

Had a great time celebrating our friends daughters birthday. Only rant would be that you can't pause your time for games if you're attending a party. We wanted to pause time for cake and presents, but it wouldn't allow us to do so.

Only half of the games work anytime we come here. On top of that, they've taken out the good games-ones that would actually give u a decent amount of tickets if u played them well enough and put in low balling games that are mostly boring and that dumb trampoline area. Pizza and salad are still great though!
