We are regulars at Cicis because they never dissappoint! The staff is always friendly and attentive and the pizza buffet is always kept well stocked so it's super fresh! We appreciate having a good family friendly place to go eat!

We went into Cicis today in Wichita Falls We haven't gone there in about 5 years. We were very surprised at the freshness of the buffet. Every thing from the sald bar to the desert was fresh. The pizza was so good. It had the right amount of sauce and it was hot. Everything we tried was hot and fresh The staff was friendly and I made a request and it was brought to the table. We will definitely be back.

I was more than impressed with the this location. The pizza waa hot & Fresh and they were'nt holding back with the toppings, sauce and cheese. i went after the lunch rush and they still had multiple choices and even made me something (custom order). I stopped going to Cicis for quite some time but i will def re-visit this location. The Staff was also pleasant and attentive..A+

First time here in years. It wasn't bad but sure do miss our Mazzios buffet. They didn't have any pasta yet and the salad bar didn't offer some things 😕

I just got back from having CiCis for dinner. Everything was spot on! Fresh salad bar, hot pizza and fantastic service.It's changed a lot, from my previous visit, ITs definitely a change for the BEST!

This cicis manages to find a way to continuously go farther downhill. This time the bussier took my salad plate from me as I was still sitting there holding my fork with salad still on it, 2pm and no pizzas on the buffet

In town for family emergency. Needed to feed the family. Got a great deal. All of the pizza was fresh and delicious. Music was a bit loud, but everything else was great. Pearl especially made the experience memorable. She had outstanding customer service and made sure to check on us during our meal. She kept the line filled with fresh ingredients. She checked the lobby and made sure everything was clean and tidy. Overall great experience. Great service. Great price.
