our food was at room temperature, should have been hot coming to the table! I have done food service for 32 years. I understand busy but no call for food sitting so long in the window! Thank you!
We ate at Cracker Barrel on Thursday and everything was great. The wait list was over 2 hr and needless to say the place was packed. Everyone was polite and fast service.
VERY DISAPPOINTED that I was unable to order the food items I wanted, my favorite food items that USED TO BE ON THE MENU -- lemon-pepper trout, turnip greens, steamed broccoli -- either because I was there on the 'wrong day,' or because the item has been taken completely off the menu. I had SO looked forward to eating at Cracker Barrel yesterday, but I was SO EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED by the actual experience.
