our food was at room temperature, should have been hot coming to the table! I have done food service for 32 years. I understand busy but no call for food sitting so long in the window! Thank you!

Everything tasted good but was much too cool most likely to not enough kitchen help during timeframe when we were there! Our waitress was very charming & a delightful lady (Melissa) we gave her a nice cash tip because she deserved it 💕 we had waited a long time to be seated because there was not a hostess on duty.
I personally had enoughbtime due to the long wait for the food that I also shopped & purchased items in the store. The bread was also not very well cooked
I felt this was just a bad time between shifts smile. We brought most of the food home & it taste good warmed up but it should be served hotter than cooler. We really enjoy Cracker Barrell Resyraiants & have visited & ate in many thru the years in other Stars along our journey. Thank you for an opportunity to tell you about this particular experience in Wichita Falls Texas. 😃

My grandson and I drove 45 mins to have breakfast at Cracker barrel. We ordered the old timers breakfast,eggs were hard hash browns were burnt and never did get biscuits and gravey . It was not worth the trouble to make a big deal so we paid for it . Very disappointing

This is your standard cracker barrel experience. Impossible to get higher than 3 stars, but more often than not, not so terrible to get anything less.
My waitress was not really attentive, and didn't check on us enough (only a party of 2. I noticed she paid a lot more attention and was more friendly to her other table with at least 4 people).
The food took about 35 minutes to arrive after we ordered.
The prices, as always, were astronomical. 2 eggs, small piece of bacon, small disc of sausage, and small piece of ham = $10.
I asked for a side of pancakes - was told it would be "regular price of $4+ ". For two pancakes.. You pay what would cost for a whole box of pancake mix. And then have some leftover.
This is of course not including the "worse than military" coffee, for $3.50. Honestly, it would have been better from the DQ down the street.
Total of about $15 a person, for food that felt like we were just taking small, sampling bites. Shrink-flation type of thing.
Will not be coming back.

The food is always fine. The last three visits have not been good. But not because of the food. Last time we went, you were out of the first three items we ordered. After finally deciding and ordering and paying, somehow I didn't get my pegs. Same thing the visit before, no pegs. We went back two days ago. The food was fined. The service was great. I asked about pegs at checkout, gave my number. Get home and check. NO pegs.

Again cracker barrel is always a hit and miss You asked for a scrambled egg and you get a hard fried egg just sucks why ask what kind of egg you want if you don't get what you've asked for on a $30 steak dinner..🤬🤬🤬

Very welcome but when it comes to getting your food they would serve others that came after you. We waited almost an hour. Manager kept coming by to tell us that our food is next but no.

Prices such have went up and so did the menu. Paid about $7 more for our breakfast. I understand eggs went up but wow. Our breakfast was SO GOOD!! Eggs were cooked so good and bacon was cooked perfect.

My husband called prior to going to see if we could get out name on the list, they said they don’t do that, understandable. We get there and get seated and they proceed to tell us they are out of half their menu, why couldn’t they just say something when we called? My husbands food was not good either just over all poor food quality although the service was good.

I love the food; it’s always delicious. I also greatly appreciate the convenient locations of the restaurants; they’re a welcome respite from the long driving trips that I and my wife take. The service is usually good; today’s was mixed. The front desk staff member was not friendly, but the waitress was very friendly and efficient. However, I did not like coffee being dripped on my food after refills, and my wife had to dodge the water pitcher as her water was being refilled. The dining room was the usual noisy place that makes it almost impossible to converse and just stresses me out.

Dietary restrictions: As a diabetic, I’ve been able to find delicious options that reduce my carb intake. Thanks for keeping me healthy!

Parking: While we’re always able to find parking in the lot, it’s usually difficult because it’s so busy.

You've changed the way you cook your bacon...in an oven right??? I suggest at least cook it to a point that it looks cooked instead of warmed up out of the package. Floppy barely cooked bacon taste awful!!!

New Years day order to go 2025. Happy with easy ordering and picked up at requested time. When I arrived, their text made it easy for me to let them know I had parked. Nice friendly girl brought out correct order. The food was still hot when I got home and there was plenty of it. I did give give them a tip when I placed the order. Good job.

Since the change of meun, some plates are way to small of serving s. We still go but not as often.
