Cracker Barrel Old Country Store

I specifically went in to purchase gifts. I picked out what I wanted, headed straight for the register. The cashier was having a full on conversation about dogs and her son who fosters dogs with the two ladies before me. Once they paid the cashier the conversation continued. I was left standing without being asked to come up. She never acknowledged me, not once. I put my stuff up on the counter while she continued to loudly speak over me while I was trying to ask her questions about rewards/coupons. This went on for about 2 minutes, maybe more. I had to forcefully converse with her in order to get her to stop the conversation with the other ladies who were already done and paid. It was extremely rude! I was so ready to walk out, but the gifts chose were special thus I waited. I felt very much ignored. First time ever experiencing this at my local Cracker Barrel. I would like this reviewed with the employee. Thank you

I won't be back. Asked for mac n cheese got green beans. Asked for roll got corn bread. Asked for county gravy on everything. I got a plate soaked in brown gravy...there were only 4 of us at the table. None of our orders were correct. Ashame. When u tell waitress, she says, not her fault. Well not my fault we won't spend our hard earned money on your food or merchandise.

Food was not that great. Service was OK. Couple of few mistakes. Table a little bit too small for four people so it was very crowded. But the food definitely was not worth the money.

I had ordered delivery service July 11, 2025 of fried chicken and vegetables. The veggies were good but the chicken came from the bottom of the barrel I think. The chicken was so dry and the taste was like fried in old grease. It went straight to the trash. Husband had the steak and baked potato which he said was good. I have ordered chicken before and it was good but this order of chicken is a never again from there.
