I’ve had three bad experiences back to back here and all management said to me after I filled out a customer service complaint was they could give me a one free donut…
First bad experience my boyfriend’s refresher wasn’t mixed with any water, it was all juice base. That means it was incredibly tart and strong and not easily fixable when you’re ordering through the app and you’re out and about.
The second bad experience, my bagel I requested egg off through the app had egg on it and we were missing a donut. We drove back through and told them they needed to fix it and they did, but there was a lot of attitude given by the older female who is frequently on drive through.
The last time was the most obnoxious and why I filled out a complaint through the company in store…yes that’s how long I was waiting.
First off, my frozen coffee was made hot…very odd considering FROZEN is in the name of my drink. I also was not given either of the two donuts I ordered so I had to go back inside. I was inside standing in the lobby with at least four other people, I was not greeted, I was not told they would be right with me. The workers were very loudly and aggressively cursing at each other, the whole kitchen area was DISGUSTING, and people were complaining of not being helped more quickly and they were being straight up ignored. I also realized the donuts I ordered were out and I was not told on the app or in the drive though.
When the younger female finally came up to me, she looked like she was about to cry (I feel bad she has to work with the two older adults, they are absolutely god awful to her…look at some of the other reviews) and I asked what the notifying policy was for when an online order cannot be fulfilled and she just said I needed to pick something else even though they were out of over half the normal donuts (yes I counted because I was appalled) and I didn’t want anything else.
I’ll show a screenshot of the response from the manager…I cannot believe how ugly this store’s attitude is and I will in fact be filling out any other form. These are grown GROWN adults who definitely should know store representation, and common human decency. This store absolutely needs new workers and a big policy refresh or it is going to close for good. Take a look at the rest of the reviews and go spend your hard earned money elsewhere.

Asked for 2 sprinkle donuts. 1 isn't even sprinkled. The other barely has any frosting and they look old. This also hasn't been the 1st time their donuts have looked like this.

NIKUL needs to be fired. My family has ordered drinks from this store and has witnessed Nikul yelling at the female co workers and he talks down to them, and I have personally seen Nikul scream at the barista, Jacqui right Infront of customers like the unprofessional boy he is. He needs to be educated properly on how to treat women in our country. You DO NOT get to scream at your female coworkers because of YOUR OWN MISTAKES. We are filing an official complaint. This is disgusting behavior that keeps happening at THIS store at KEMP BLVD WF TEXAS. Nikul is causing customers to go to Starbucks or only go there when all females work there only because of his aggressive nature and his fellow female manager who watches this all happen and remains silent! Unacceptable. This behavior does not belong in customer service.

Asked for the two wicked drinks, the matcha was unmixed— asked it to be fixed and they took my drink back after I had a mouth full of powder from it and gave me back a drink still with unmixed powder.
I do not think taking someone's drink, straw and all after they have already taken a drink from put it in a mixer again is after not making it correct is allowed under food safety laws.
The refresher got rung up as a srawberry refresher with blueberry and sparkling water and I'm still unsure if I got the wicked refresher.
This was my second time coming to duncan this year, i only went back because I tried the wicked matcha at a different location and it was phenomenal.
As I write this all i can taste is matcha powder in my mouth.
Very disappointed and will not be looking forward to going back to any dunkin anytime soon.

When I walked in, I was greeted by a wonderful woman named Cassandra. She was the only employee working at the time and was managing both the front counter and the drive‑thru all on her own. Despite the rush, she stayed upbeat, friendly, and professional the entire time. My order came out perfectly, and her positive attitude truly made my day. It’s rare to see someone handle so much with such grace, Cassandra absolutely deserves recognition for her hard work and kindness.
