Walked in for breakfast and music was so loud I had to yell at my family for them to hear me. Do-Nuts were fine, but coffee drinks were bland and forgettable. Ordered loaded hash browns- the serving cup was half full, tasted burned and microwaved. I spit it out and threw it away. Breakfast sandwich was so sloppily put together it fell apart when I tried to pick it up. It too tasted like microwaved bread. Plenty of places to get breakfast- don’t go here!

Donut with chocolate frosting and sprinkles didn’t have sprinkles and frosting on the top completely. I also paid nearly $6 for the worst latte I’ve ever had. Could tell the coffee was old and could taste the cleansing tablet!

Terrible customer service!! The lady at the window was so unfriendly and rude. The man who handed me my bag was unfriendly. First time at Dunkin actually & will not go back. Could definitely learn from Starbucks. If your staff is miserable they need another job. Do better.

Great experience. The interior was clean and kept. The food was your standard, Dunkin Donuts. The coffee latte i got was prepared. (There was a small mistake, and it was rectified properly. They remade my drink with no issues at all). We were late to the party, we visited around 1130am on a Sunday, so naturally there were only about 8 donut varieties. But I'm sure if we would have been 4 hours earlier, the racks would have been full of their whole inventory. Nevertheless, great experience and will be coming back. ??
Don’t order food from Dunkin to be delivered by and food delivery service if you’re at the Hotels close to it. You will be pretty disappointed for the food is not separated and delivers super soggy
