The service was probably, by the owner, but regardless was excellent. He went above and beyond to even bag some beans for me when he did not have them in the store to sell.This is the type service we are missing at most places across our nation. This morning, we visited Dunkin' after placing an online order. Upon arrival, we discovered that the item listed on the app wasn't available at this location (an issue with the app, not the store). However, the manager exceeded our expectations by providing an upgraded version of our original order and demonstrated exceptional helpfulness and friendliness. I highly recommend this store for its outstanding staff and excellent coffee!
