Farmer Brothers customer service is non existent. If their equipment breaks down you are out of luck. Plug burn out on their coffee maker and I couldn't get anyone to return a call or come repair. I repaired myself and now the water heating element has failed. 2 days later and only crickets from Farmer Brothers.
