First time to try Freddy's. I had the BBQ brisket steak burger and it was very, very good! Can't wait to go back.

We ordered fries they were not fresh and we got chili cheese fries and they didn’t give us a fork😡

Food ok. Unfortunatly lacking on customer service. On top of that apparently military and or senior anything wasn,t even accepted on this trip. Kind of disapointed.

The GM (Brandy) is wonderful! We are doing a small surprise get together for my son's birthday and she is going above and beyond to help us! ❤️ Summer was helping out from another location and she was amazing too!! Thank you!!

Not a fan of salty meat and frozen taste fries.

The whole meal was terrible the sandwiches were tasteless and the french -fries are a joke because they were the size of toothpicks and overcooked to a crispy burn, mostly. They were crumbs! Not worth the $$ Their supposed custard shake was just a runny flavorless mess, too !

I recently visited Freddy's Custard & Steak Burger and had an exceptional experience thanks to Angel's outstanding service! Angel's warm smile, friendly demeanor, and attentive nature made our visit truly enjoyable. The food was delicious, but Angel's hospitality took it to the next level! Angel took my order & everything came out perfectly! Everytime I come in the building she has the sweetest soul & smile to take my order with. I love Freddy’s because of her!

The woman who waited on us was extremely unfriendly. Never greeted us, we told her what we wanted she never uttered a word, handed us the receipt and did not say a anything, no smile or thank you!! Angel needs to change jobs if she is that rude and unhappy!

Came in for ice cream on Saturday night at approximately 9:20 pm. Waited at the counter for several minutes and had to walk to the counter at the prep area to ask if anyone was going to take our order. We were told that they were busy. No one else in the dining room and one car in the drive through. Most of the tables needed wiping down and there was trash on the floor Quite a difference from our experience the day before at lunch time.
