Such a surprise to fine this gem of a restaurant! We were driving through town to Amarillo and I found this place. It was really delicious, if you are wondering if you should try it, the answer is yes!

We door dashed to the Fairfield hotel. Our driver was super fast, friendly, and the food arrived perfect.

I ordered egg rolls, steamed pork and cabbage dumplings, and Schezwan shrimp. The egg rolls probably would have been better if I would have taken them out of the container as soon as they came in, but they were still tasty, just not crunchy. They make very thick delicious noodles. I ordered the special which was a beef noodle. We had appetizers and it was yummy also. The Waiting staff was very good to us and we're very patient I had the spicy beef which was very good and very spicy at the same time I couldn't drink the broth but I ate the food that the broth seasoned so well we had fun with our noodles
